... and small.
At least, that's when it all began. I was five when I wrote my first children's book. All 43 words of it. At the ripe age of 8, I was selling my drawings of 'Peanuts' characters in the school yard. That lasted only until I was sent to the principal's office for conducting business without a license.
Shortly after college I opened my design firm. Anywhere ink hit paper - or fabric, or plastic - I made a mark. I produced all sorts of ephemera for just about every industry sector, in the US and abroad. Package design and poster art still top my list of favorite assignments.
Since completing an MFA in Illustration, you'll find me teaching, consulting, and creating art for commercial applications. A breadth of classes, workshops, and in-house training programs are offered in design, drawing, typography, Adobe CS, and freelance business practices. I also provide private consultations for branding and marketing, and one-on-one instruction in the full range of topics just listed.
What can I help you achieve?
